Despite being surrounded by active construction, the staff here are hard working and fantastic at clear communication and patience with confusion on where to park, locating what is needed, and being real with you. We have used this location twice in the past month and haven't regretted it. Pick up is straight forward, drop off as well. We have picked up early in the morning and even though the staff was tired, they were still helpful and friendly and joked with us about early mornings! These are hard working people and if you treat them nicely they will have your back :)

We rented a 10’ truck for our daughter to move from Santa Barbara CA to home in Roseville, CA two weeks before the move. It was UCSB graduation weekend so there was high demand for trucks. We were informed on the Sunday before pickup that our reservation would not be available in Santa Barbara and the closest pickup was Lompoc about 60 miles round trip. They gave us extra mileage, allowed us to pick it up the afternoon before and gave us a monetary discount on top of that. Everyone was very accommodating, willing to find a solution and helpful. I highly recommend using U-Haul for all your moving needs.

Didn’t expect a pleasant experience renting a truck, but got one quick and easy, I forgot a expensive water bottle in the truck when returning overnight, I thought it was gone forever, first thing in the morning I get a call saying they have it for me. Very surprised and blessed by it.

I was a little disappointed last week excepting my trailer hitch to arrive and too be installed although today I realized that it was issues with the supplier not the U-HAUL location.
By chance I checked today and it had come in and the staff was very polite and professional from the lady's at the counter and a special thanks to them as well as Gabriel the installer I am so impressed by the professionalism of all of those involved. You have a Great team in Roseville!!!

I almost let the few negative reviews I read affect my decision, even after renting here just a few months ago with no issues. I'm glad I decided to try it again though! I had messed up and reserved a truck for the wrong day initially 🤦♀ But luckily they still had the one I available even at the last minute. Renting was easy, Gabriel was super nice and helpful, and I was driving off the lot in less than 10 minutes after arriving.

Very efficient with a huge inventory of trucks. You will always find what you want. The staff is quick and courteous.

I rented a 6x12 open trailer and they were very efficient upon check-in and even better up on return. Pretty smooth. The facility is going through a major renovation so you have to go into a small trailer but they are making things work.

I have rented here a few times and they are always on point. Things are a bit messy right now because of construction, they are working out of trailers, but - Service is always friendly and quick and they generally have a huge selection of vehicles and trailers in stock. Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience at this particular Uhaul. I rent trailers and trucks a lot for my work and have come across some pretty terrible customer service. We had a couple issues with the trailer we rented and Kyle was extremely thoughtful in trying to help and was able to make things right. I am beyond impressed and even though there are many closer options near me, I will go out of my way to rent from this location again.

Highly recommended. Very professional, employees are nice, informational and helpful. I reserved my Uhaul twice online which was easy and makes it a little faster when you get there but I also just walked in and it seemed quick.

Want to personally thank Logan Wisely for doing a great job for me today. I had a less than satisfactory initial experience with this store back in January. A that time, the Manager, Jessica, was able to figure out a way to get everything right and handled a bad situation with flying colors. My visit today was for a small minor fix that I was thinking may take a long time or cost a lot, or just be an overall hassle but Logan did a fantastic job. Got me in, did the work quickly, and had me out with a smile in NO TIME. Turns out Jessica is his supervisor so clearly she gets the right people and trains them properly. So again, thank you LOGAN WISELY, and another thank you to JESSICA

Easy rental over the phone. Only hiccup was we couldn't find our truck after hours on pickup. Called and the lady on the phone knew the exact spot and there it was! Truck ran smoothly and the gas mileage wasn't too bad. We kept truck an extra day and was charged for it via the phone using 1800Uhaul. A great system. The app was a little frustrating to use to rent the truck so once again a phone call had us all situated. Drop off was simple, we purchased the uhaul insurance. Upon drop off the uhaul guy said our truck had a broken rail inside but we were not charged because we purchased the uhaul insurance. A low cost to pay as our auto insurance did not cover our truck size, most don't. Glad our insurance agent told us to purchase uhaul's. All in all a good experience.

I own a moving company and deal with many different truck and trailer rental companies and this location has it set and ready to roll every time.

The people that work here are amazing! Have done business with Uhaul many times over the years and have never felt the need to complement them. But I can't say enough good things about the Manager Kyle and his team, Aly, Nick and Dustin, just to name a few. If i need a truck or van, this is the only Uhaul I will rent from. Keep up the outstanding work and customer service!

Uhaul is my go to place for shipping supplies reasonably priced quality strapping tape, light and double walled heat duty boxes. Service is good not as good as when Ryan was there he was the best!

What you expect when you drive up, but they got the goods if you know what I mean. That is more than I can say for most other moving rental places in California right now.
